**LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES**
Position : Virtual Assistant – Chat Support
Schedule : 5 days a week (possibility of weekend schedule); 4:00AM to 12:00PM (Eastern Time)
- Training: 2-3 weeks from start of onboarding; 7:00AM-3:00PM Pacific Time for training
Salary range : $800 – $1,500 USD
BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY
The company provides lawn care services such as mowing, landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, property cleanups, and snow and ice removal.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Entry
- Type in data provided directly from customers
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Establishes entry priorities.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Website Chat Support
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via website chat.
- Inform customers about services offered
- Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
- Gather customer feedback and share with the team
- Will work exclusively on ** (software that the company uses)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar
- Experience working in customer service industry
- Working knowledge and experience with Google Sheets
- Working knowledge and experience with any CRM softwares
- Average to Good Communication Skills
- Good English comprehension since they will be trained via Zoom in English.
- Detail-oriented and has time management and organizational skills
- Must have own computer/device to use with at least 20 mbps minimum speed
- Working knowledge and experience with Service Autopilot, **, and ** are huge plus
- Working knowledge and experience with Google Earth Pro is a huge plus
