LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES

Position : Executive Assistant

Salary Range : 800 – 1500 USD

Working Hours : 7am-12pm, 3pm-6pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • This role will be primarily responsible for managing my inbox and helping me manage my ongoing projects.
  • Manage my schedule
  • Manage my:
  • personal inbox. I get roughly 20-30 emails a day and each one of them need something to happen. It either needs to be delegated to the creative designer or a manager, responded to promptly, or brought to my attention to respond do.
  • Our master project database that has every client, their status, and upcoming due dates.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strongly prefer 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strongly prefer candidates with experience in Gmail, Airtable, Excel, Clickup and Zapier
  • Above average to good communication skills.
