Job description
(Disbursement)
- To prepare APVs for the following;
- Real Property Taxes
- Communications
- Transfer of Title related to PWL project
- Monthly Association Dues
- To prepare Quarterly Creditable Tax Certificate of Suppliers/Contractors & Agents
- Other works based on company exigencies
(General Accounting)
- Preparation of journal entries and other adjustments
- Practice of reconciliation of bank accounts
- Preparation of subsidiary ledger of accounts
- Other works based on company exigencies
(Project Accounting)
- Preparation of sales/ cost of sales and related project reports and schedules
- Other works based on company exigencies
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/ Management Accounting/ Financial Accounting/ Accounting Technology/ Accounting Management
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Team-player, with strong attention to details
- CPA preferred but not required
- Knowledge in accounts receivable management, project accounting & general accounting is an advantage.
Qualified candidates will be assigned to one particular area under the Finance Department (General Accounting/ Project Accounting/ Disbursement)
