The position requires high attention to detail, arithmetic skills, problem solving skills, pattern recognition and a basic understanding of logistics. Negotiation skills are also important as the role will involve communication with suppliers regarding pricing. At times you may need to argue in favor of price reductions, so skills are required to complete this along with the capacity to provide supporting evidence.
Priority management and task allocation is vital, knowing when to complete which tasks ensures the combination of efficiency and effectiveness. Information retention is key and a fundamental part of the role.

- Preparing spreadsheets with customer freight and pricing data ensuring data ranges are accurate and it is in the correct format
- Preparing sensitive internal financial documents high accuracy and attention to detail required
- Receiving supplier invoices and comparing actual charges against expected charges
- Querying supplier charges where applicable, using appropriate evidence and reasoning
- Making sure every dollar and cent that passes in and out of the business is accounted for
- Performing pricing calculations for multiple customers with unique pricing
- Preparing customer statements for freight charges (consignment shipping) to complete accuracy and high format quality
- Referencing customer statements to issue invoices
- Issuing accurate invoices to the correct customers with no mistakes, with the relevant attachments included
- Taking raw data and re-formatting so that it can be used to finalize pricing
- Updating pricing as this changes
- Updating fuel changes (monthly)
- Completing credit applications for suppliers
- Receiving credit applications from customers
- Setting up new customers in all our internal systems (including Accounting Software and internal documents and systems)
- Liaising with our customer service team and customers accordingly to exchange information
- Answering customer account queries
Job Requirements and Qualifications:–
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably with AU clients
- Great English Communication – spoken and written
- Proactive to meeting the deadline and has a strong initiative to accommodate other transaction work-
- Able to find information themselves (I.e. look up client details in our systems)- Competent in working with multiple accounting software systems
- Must be a good team player-
- Must be able to manage sensitive client information- Must have a good and positive working attitude
- Proactive and Results Driven
- Attention to detail- Experience with Invoicing
- Experience with checking and processing supplier invoices
- Basic understanding of Logistics
- Understand the value of time in completing required tasks

Salary: Up to 35,00 PHP
