Our company, FILSYN Corporation are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as admin./treasury/hr assistant with a full time work system, which domiciled in Makati City and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Bachelor's/College Degree which experienced in Accounting/Finance & Corporate Finance/Investment.
Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.
The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱20,000 to a maximum of ₱28,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Performs Cashiering tasks:
a. Receives payments and issues provisional/official receipts. Issues Postdated Receipts for Postdated Checks.
b. Prepares Daily Collection Receipts Report
c. Monitors bank balances and prepares Cash Position Report daily.
d. Prepares and releases checks for disbursments and prepares the Daily Disbursements Report
e. Handles the request for Petty Cash Funds, records PCV for approval of the Treasury Head before the release of funds.
Administrative/Personnel/HR tasks:
- Assists the HR Head in recruiting, training and developing staff.
- Maintains records of benefits and it’s administration; HMO, Vacation and Sick Leaves
- Handles and maintains central/company documents and files for safekeeping.
- Handles and maintains Personnel files, and other related Administrative and matters.
- Ensure proper upkeep of working areas.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Admin./HR Head
