We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or other courses similar in nature
• Preferably with knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Computer Literate
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• With admin experience is a plus.
• Strong time management and planning skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Provide general HR, administrative and clerical support
• Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems
• Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office
• Enforce office policies and procedures
• Perform data entry
• Run office errands (when necessary)
• Ensure office cleanliness
• Maintain office supply inventories
• Assist in organizing staff activities
• Plan meetings
