We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Inventory reconciliation and record monitoring of farm and other inventory depots;

a. Prompt reconciliation of farm records and HO Accounting records;

b. Coordination with farm personnel and HO Accounting;

2. Monitoring of compliance and reporting of non-conformities to the established procedures and guidelines;

a. Weekly submission of report and discussion with the Accounting Manager the findings and recommendations, if any;

b. Coordinate and discussed with farm personnel the approved procedures and guidelines;

3. Warehouses inventory count and cash sales reconciliation;

a. Daily reconciliation of cash sales and inventory;

b. Conduct actual inventory count at all depots to check the physical existence of inventories and other assets, and check the materiality of the variances, if any;

4. Required to stay on the farm;

5. Performs other functions as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

· A graduate of BS Accountancy or any 4-year related business course;

· At least 1 – 2 years of experience in any fields in Accounting and taxation;

· Competent accounting and analytical skills;

· Good in oral and written communications;

· Can work with minimal supervision;

· Attentive to details, fast learner, and result-oriented;

· Demonstrates proactive approach towards work and a team player;

· Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to work beyond office hours, if deemed necessary;

· Trustworthy and reliable for securing confidential details of the Department and the organization
