Possible tasks:
• Transferring excel data.
• Adhoc Invoicing & Accounts Reconciliation
• Email Management
• Bank Reconciliation
• Monitoring the Fixed Asset Registry
• Creating Adhoc Payments
• Other finance/adhoc support as required.
Requirements:
• Graduate of a 4-year Business Course
• With at least 1 year experience in a finance administrative role
• With at least 1 year experience in processing invoices, account reconciliations, payments processing, and email management
• Has Good Microsoft Excel Knowledge & Experience
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Well-organized and can meet strict deadlines
• Australian client experience is a plus but not required.
• Xero experience is a plus but not required.
• Healthcare administrative experience is a plus but not required.

Summary of role requirements:

  • Looking for candidates available to work on Saturdays and Sundays
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
