Bestank Manufacturing Corporation has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Pasay City and surrounding areas as budget officer with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Job Description
- Assists the Accounting Manager in overseeing accounts payable section in the execution of their processes for bills and payments.
- Review journals for expenses prior to system import and posting.
- Review any new non-trade vendors expense entries prior to invoice creation and bills payment.
- Analyze and track the business transactions of the company.
- Create monthly finance reports such as expense reports for budget review, govt required reports and other accounting reports for submission to the accounting manager for final review.
- Apply outlet expenses for AR writeoffs.
- Prepare unidentified report for unknown customer deposits.
- Process unknown customer deposits in Dynamics Nav.
- Handle journal entries for payroll expenditures
- Handle JEs for write offs and adjustments
- Review of transactions and reclass of wrong GL entries
- Deliver any duties as assigned by the accounting manager
Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- Must be willing to work at Aspire Corporate Plaza – Pasay City
- Knowledgeable in Accounting and Business Process
- With at least minimum of 5yrs working experience on accounting role or with the same field.
