Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting technical requirements for various business development initiatives. This role will report directly to the Business Development Head and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Business Development Head, R&D Technical Project Management Head and development teams to analyze technical requirements and define business processes and workflows
· Gather and document technical requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
· Facilitate meetings and discussions to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements
· Work closely with development teams to ensure technical requirements are met and implemented according to specifications
· Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met and communicated to stakeholders
· Identify and analyze technical issues and provide recommendations to resolve them
· Develop test plans and perform testing to ensure product quality and integrity
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance overall efficiency
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical business analysis role
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated experience in developing technical requirements and functional specifications
· Experience with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
· Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and database design principles
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
