We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Head to join our team. The Business Development Head will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth through the application of technology. This role will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through the application of technology
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
· Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners and customers
· Collaborate with CTO to develop and implement product roadmaps
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to business development teams
· Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
· Develop and maintain business development strategies and plans
· Participate in the development of the company’s long-term strategic plans
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of business development initiatives
· Manage budgets and resources for business development activities
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical business development role
· Strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on business
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proven track record of successful business development initiatives
· Experience managing budgets and resources
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
