We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

As a Commis II you are responsible for the daily mis-en-place and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the Commis I in the daily operation.
- Work according to instruction of superiors.
- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the standards.
- Control food stock and food cost.
- Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the Kitchen.
- Complete daily tasks as instructed.
- Ensure highest standard and consistent quality in daily preparation.
- Coordinate with other sections.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure water, light, gas shut-off when not in use.
- Follow first in, first out.
Qualifications:
At least one (1) year experience in a restaurant in a 3 star hotel or fine dining restaurant or similar establishment

- Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays
