START OF EMPLOYMENT; WITHIN 1-3 DAYS
=>AS GRILLER; Work on a charcoal fired grill with exhaust / fresh ; Daily routine includes fire up the grill, prepare food products, grill, check stocks and reorder, clean up station at closing;
=> AS COOK ; Work on a 4 to 6 set high pressure gas range, to cook and fry ; Daily routine includes prepare food products and prep table, verify inventory, take out stocks , cook and plate, at closing check stocks and reorder and clean up station .
Split work schedule opening or closing crew, 8 hrs; Experienced fast food grillers and cooks will be granted immediate allowance and after 6 months when endorsed, be entitled to move up to junior cook towards senior cook ; You will to be cook and griller to support the kitchen team.
