We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Services & Lawyer/Legal Asst with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Description
- Draft and review pleadings and other legal documents
- Handle and represent the Company in all cases before the courts, administrative tribunals, and agencies.
- Provides analysis and counsel on legal and policy issues.
- Anticipate and guard against legal risk facing the Company
- Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal matters.
- Perform due diligence on properties to be acquired.
- Negotiate with parties and draft all contracts
- Perform the corporate housekeeping functions for companies owned by the Company
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Must have a Professional License (Passed the BAR exam).
- Preferably 2-4 years experience in law practice in a reputable Law Firm.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
