Our company All Value Holdings Corp. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Bulacan and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of diy supervisor- allhome, malolos and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

THE ROLE: We are looking for DIY Supervisor who are willing to be assigned in AllHome, Malolos.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinates regularly with the Store Manager for any changes/improvements in the store.
- Checks schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization coordinated with the other store officers
- Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all rank and file positions directly reporting to them
- Responsible for associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals.
- Ensure delivery of store KPI’s – Sales, EBIT, Customer Service and Store Visuals.
- Mediate as necessary when there are customer’s complaints or concern that need immediate solutions.
- Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times
- Conducts PEP talks and meeting to subordinates
- Coordinates with other departments of the company to provide necessary reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have a background in the retail industry
- Successful applicant will be assigned in AllHome, Malolos.
