We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR (SUPER METRO COLON). For candidates who reside in Cebu (Cebu City) and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Engineering & Electrical with a minimum Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱20,000 - ₱25,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the store’s Engineering Department engaged in the installation, operation, repair and maintenance of all Engineering assigned equipments and facilities (electrical, electronics, and mechanical), to achieve and support smooth store operations at all times.
- Develops, reviews, and implements systems, standards, programs and procedures, including but not limited to the following, for an effective and efficient department operation. Conveys recommendations for the revision of general company procedures to the Corporate Engineering, Store Operations or to the Systems and Procedures Department.
