We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Experienced Press Machine Operator. We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Work Experience and Skills:
- Work experience in a Metal Fabrication Company is a must;
- Knowledge in driving Forklift is an advantage;
- Must have knowledge in Press Machines; and
- Knows how to setup tools and molds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.
- Evaluating incoming orders and setting up the production line accordingly.
- Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
- Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.
- Performing recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking.
- Training and supervising new production line workers.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time.
- Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
