Job Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures
Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory
Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance
Develop budgets or approve expenditures for supplies, materials
Select and train all production members
Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
Licensed engineer
Must have experience in FEED MILLING
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same capacity
