Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Finance Assistant

–   Prepares and collects all official receipts and costs derived from job instructions, to accurately collect it for invoicing

–   Sending billing adjustments, printing and reviewing invoices, receiving payments, and monitoring delinquent invoices

–     Actively answers daily emails and updates clients on Billing Invoices and other necessary documents required by client.

–    Ensures that all official receipts received from suppliers, processors, and other government agencies are complete and received on time to ensure a correct Billing Invoice sent to clients.

 –    Must be alert, and proactive for any errors and inconsistencies of costs.

–    Creates credit memos, update accounting records, customer information, and send payment reminders.

–     Coordinates politely with queries of customers through email and calls and works with them accordingly to ensure that billing invoices are well-received for proper monitoring of receivables.

–   Must be organized to arrange all documents pertaining to a billing statement, and arranges its records for retrieval and reconciling.

–     Responsible for the records and dispatch transmittal of all billing invoices and its attachments.

–     Preferably an accounting or finance-related graduate, have knowledge in billing and basic accounting, but fresh graduates willing to learn are most welcome

–      Should be trust-worthy, detail-oriented, self-motivated with proficiency in MS Word and Excel, trainable and highly-organized

Education:           Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, BS Math, BS Accountancy or any related course

Experience :        FRESH GRADUATE or less than 1 year experience
