This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Cavite and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Responsible for Trade Customers and provide clerical and administrative support of Finance Department of Cianan Corporation
TRADE ACCOUNTS
- Monitoring of sales collection remittance and reconciliation from Trade Sales accounts
- Check accuracy of Trade Account inventory based on existing records and actual stock movements
- Conduct daily audit of previous day’s cash and non-cash transactions
- Serve as a point person of Finance Department
- Reconciles discrepancies by investigating and analyzing certain Trade Account information
ADMIN SUPPORT
- Recording and matching of sales data into the system
- Prepare the following reports:
– Sales Report
– Monthly Audit Reports
- Provide Admin Assistance to the Finance Officers- AP and AR tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess Bachelors Degree of Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- At least two (2) years experience in General Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel and Accounting Software
- Has knowledge in Inventory ,
- Willing to work in Maguyam Silang Cavite
- Willing to travel within Cavite and NCR
- Willing to start immediately
