Job Description

• Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business;
• Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;
• Participates in improvement of consumer instructing services by discovering understanding challenges; advising educational language.
Accommodates client challenges by advising systems and solutions

Job Qualifications

• No BPO experience is required for candidates that reached at least 2nd year of College or possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• BPO experience is required for High School Graduates
• Good English language conversation skills
• Computer and Web proficient
