We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Graphic and Motion Designer (Digital Advertising). For those of you who live in Quezon & Quezon City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Tagline Communications, Inc., and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Digital Art Directors and the Digital Creative Head in creation of static and dynamic artworks for digital executions: key visuals, campaigns and advertisements, UX/UI and platforms, pitches, e-detailers, innovations, and other related materials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists the Digital Art Director in bringing to life their concepts via their static or dynamic artworks, such as but not limited to key visuals, e-detailers, SNS posts, and other related materials.
• Collaborates with the Digital Art Director and the Digital Creative Head in crafting strategic and creative artworks—that synthesize seamlessly with the other executions, such as but not limited to campaigns, pitches, platforms, and other related materials.
• Takes initiatives in researching data, benchmarks, and key points that will help in their crafting.
• Helps the Digital Art Director in the template creation of pitch and campaign decks.
• Ensures their artworks follow the digital dimensions according to benchmarks.
• Ensures material and activity compliance with relevant digital and media law (e.g., copyright and data privacy).
• Revises materials as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor of Fine Arts major in Advertising, Communication Arts or any relevant field.
• One (1) to two (3) years onwards of solid experience.
• Excellent art crafting. Communication skills in English and Filipino is a plus. Mastery of static and dynamic artwork creation programs (such as but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Figma), Agile with Time Management skills. And other related skills.
