We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD.   • Raise payment requests and purchase orders for assignees’ housing payments
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Payroll, immigration, orientation, SDL payment services
  • Assist team members with payroll entry, bonus provision table creation, and tax filing
  • System set up for incoming & outgoing assignees
  • Arrival preparation (email account, staff pass, PC, phone, and bank account)
  • Handle tax vendor service initiation and termination for incoming & outgoing assignees
  • Raise repatriation payout for repatriating assignees (accommodation & transportation).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to date records of assignee details, such as family information, school information, assignment dates, home leave, immigration, and housing lease.
  • Support team members with annual fiscal year budget estimation for assignees
  • Assist with ad-hock projects related to global mobility as assigned.
  • Take minutes during meetings and events.


  • 3+ years of experience in global mobility and expatriate management
  • Experience in payroll administration and administrative task
  • Has experience in global operations
  • Can deals well with Expats and Regional offices
  • Willing to work onsite, Monday to Friday
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
