We are hiring for the position of HR and Admin Manager with full time working hours for our company office, Global Packaging Systems and Materials Corp., for residents of Cavite and its neighboring areas.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Human Resources

  • Ensures that the company’s Mission & Vision are still in line with the demands of changing times.
  • Lead and Manage the HR & Admin Department.
  • Provides advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
  • Identifies training and development opportunities.
  • Provides basic counseling to staff who have performance-related obstacles.
  • Works with the company’s leadership team to ensure execution of required performance management policies to monitor staff performance.
  • Presents, recommends, and executes HR development plans.
  • Provides advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
  • Works with the company’s leadership team to ensure execution of required performance management policies to monitor staff performance.
  • Investigates and understands causes for staff absences.
  • Recommends solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
  • Provides advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.

Corporate Admin

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, which may include ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance of the office’s equipment, vehicle and computers, maintaining meeting schedules and writing or reviewing contracts and affidavits.
  • Create and handle budget plans for administration, find ways to reduce costs of supplies and services, monitor the flow of money to ensure they stay within their proposed budget.
  • Formulating and reviewing administrative and records management policies.
  • Maintain office efficiency, plan and implement office systems, layouts, and etc.
  • Produce major/complex reports for management, as and when required.
  • Works with other units to coordinate and plan programs, grants, marketing, communications, and etc.
  • Acts as documents controller for ISO Accreditation.
  • Create, control, and monitor all administrative requirements of other departments.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Monitor, maintain and process all government license and contracts (business permit, IPO, SEC, LTO, LTFRB and etc.) which includes maintaining good working relationships with all relevant local governmental bureaus, agencies and authorities.
  • Ensuring travel clearance, visas and other necessary travel documents for the Board of Directors and staff travelling out of the country on official duties are done promptly.

Job Specification:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Psychology or any related courses.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related field
  • MBA is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations and other similar guideline material
  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and unusual common sense
  • Expert in employment law and employee relations and communication.
  • Ability to lead in an environment of constant change
  • Experience in organization development and change management.
