Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR and Operations team to support the business in achieving its goals. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a dayshift schedule. The role will be based in our office, and the HR Generalist will assist with the overall HR functionalities.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to the HR team in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and benefits administration.
- HR frontline of support to employees — point of contact of all employees.
- Assist with day-to-day employee HR concerns.
- Conduct one-on-one employee performance assessments.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Job Qualifications
- With at least 6 months – 1 year experience in HR preferably in the BPO industry.
- Able to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
- Driven and possess a ‘can do’ attitude.
