Our company, Excelsior Farms Inc. is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically Cebu (Cebu City) and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of HR Officer - Compensation & Benefits and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

1. Maintains an updated monitoring of the following:

a. Vacation Leaves and Sick Leaves

b. Overtime (OT)

c. Certificate of attendance (COA)

d. Undertime (UT)

e. Cash advances/adjustment

2. Ensures timely and accurate payroll computation and releasing

3. Ensures timely processing of employees’ government claims such as but not limited to SS benefit, PHIC and etc.

4. Monitors payroll concerns and performs necessary adjustment.

5. Maintains and administers biometric enrolment for newly hired employees.

6. Monitors cash advances and other deductions.

7. Prepares and distributes payslips.

8. Computes last pay of resigned employees.

9. Processes payment for monthly government remittances for all employees

10. Submits complete and on-time all reportorial requirements under CompBen.

11. Ensures renewal of SS, PHIC and HDMF clearances.

12. Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
