Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as HR Recruitment Staff. For those of you who live in Bulacan and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, JC WORLDWIDE FRANCHISE INC., and able to work under full time system.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Both Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. have appeared in acclaimed TV programs such as Magandang Umaga Bayan and Pangkabuhayang Swak na Swak, The Filipino Channel (TFC) and was featured in noted news weekly The Philippine Free Press and noted business magazine Entrepreneur Jan-Feb 2008 issue.
Job Description
• Scheduling of applicants
• Sourcing, screening, and interview potential candidates.
• Conduct background investigation.
• Facilitate the deployment of newly hired employees,
• In charge of conducting employment orientation that includes job description, organizational chart, organizational structure of department, process flow, and primer.
• Perform other assigned functions.
Job Qualifications
• At least a Bachelor’s/College degree of Psychology / Human Resource Development Management or in any field.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in recruitment and selection is a major plus.
• Highly proficient in computer applications.
• Good in oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Goal oriented
• Can start ASAP
