We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of HR SPECIALIST - CEBU. For candidates who reside in Cebu (Cebu City) and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at GAMA FOODS CORPORATION and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with a minimum Bachelor's/College Degree.
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Business Administration or any related courses;
- Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources such as but not limited to recruitment, timekeeping, compensation and benefits and employee relations;
- Proficient in MS Office applications;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Work experience in HR an advantage;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the HR Manager of the company. She will handle day-to-day Human Resource functions including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and other tasks that may be assigned.
- On Timekeeping:
- Check daily attendance of employees, summarize and make payroll.
- On Recruitment
- Ensures qualified applicants are employed by the company. Right Person to the Right Position
- HR Documentation:
- Will ensure safekeeping of employees’ 201 files, correspondences and other related records.
