Our company Excelsior Farms Inc. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Cebu (Cebu City) and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Not Specified and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of hr supervisor - compensation & benefits and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

a. Overall management, supervision, administration, coordination and preparation of payroll processing operations including overseeing the distribution of paychecks and direct deposits

b. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll, payroll updates including new hires, terminations and changes to pay rates

c. Periodically cross-check with departmental heads that all payroll records are correct and complete

d. Maintains an updating monitoring of the following:

Attendance Logs
Vacation Leaves and Sick Leaves
Overtime
Undertime
Employee Cash Advances and Government Loans

e. Monitors payroll concerns and performs necessary adjustments; must be the first level of escalation for complaints or complex error resolutions;

f. Rectifies payroll issues and ensures responding to employee queries

g. Facilitates employee clearances and computes the last pay of resigned employees

h. Ensures timely processing of employees’ government remittances, claims, and benefits

i. Submits on-time and reportorial requirements under Compensation and Benefits

j. Ensures renewal of SS, PHIC and HDMF clearances

k. Facilitates HMO transactions and spearheads the annual physical examination

l. Performs other HR functions as may be required on a temporary basis
