We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. College Graduate in Human Resources Mgt, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent dscipline
5 years work experience as Officer/Supervisory level
Knowledgeable in identifying, implementation and assessment of training and development needs of employees
Can conduct training for in-house courses and produce training materials
Good time-keeping skills and to effectively manage training schedules
with good interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills both oral and written-
