The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

You will be part of our global IT team within a dynamic organization and your tasks will mainly include:
- Supporting the global IT team in various projects
- Monitoring of the global server room infrastructure
- Working closely with the Network & Server team in monitoring global devices
- Involved in the global patch deployment
- Engaged in operational issue/fault remediation
- Involved in planned maintenance/outage events
- Involved in file access management tasks
- Training, coaching and supporting our support organization
Qualifications:
- at least 3 years of experience in a large and well-structured IT environment.
- Knowledge of IT monitoring tools (MS SCOM) is a benefit.
- Additionally, the candidate possesses good language skills in English (written/oral).
- Amenable to work in night shift in a hybrid set-up (1-2x onsite per week)
