For candidates who reside in Makati City and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

HiNeon is a fast-growing LED neon sign manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of custom and pre-built modern neon signs/artwork. Through constant R&D we’re now leading the technological revolution of transferring neon from last-generation glass neon to environment-friendly LED neon. We mainly work with business clients from the U.S. and Canada with renowned clients like Google, Uber, WeWork, Adobe, YAMAHA etc.

We’re now looking for a customer success specialist (inbound sales) joining our sales team. This is a full time working from home remote job opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound inquiries (mostly emails and some phone calls) and serve clients from inquiry to sales stage.
  • Input and enhance lead information in the CRM.
  • Work with design team and draft out quotes to client’s project.
  • Establish the best customer experience for customers and increase the lead to sale conversion rate.
  • Understand the products well and provide creative solutions for custom projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to meet and surpass sales goals.
  • Provide insights for sales outreach and client acquisition/lead generation campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Being able to work 9:30AM-6:30 PM PST Time Mon-Fri (Manila time 00:30AM – 9:30AM Tue-Sat)
  • Exceptional English communications skills, both written and verbal, you will write a lot of emails and make certain number of phone calls on a daily basis
  • Decent working experience with Gmail / G suite, Streak CRM is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Basic math and physics knowledge (high school electrics), we’re selling electrical product anyway.
  • Internet savvy, we’re an eCommerce startup.
  • Attention to details.

Good to have:

  • Outbound sales or lead generation working experience.
  • Good copywriting skills.
  • Good with Excel and data analysis.
