We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Services & Lawyer/Legal Asst and possess a Not Specified or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

- Assist Corporate Lawyers on their day to day activities
- Draft/Review contract as requested by Corporate Lawyers
- Assist Land Management team in preparing with regards to possible land acquisition
- Perform due diligence as instruction of Legal Counsel
- Handle tax declaration and tax compliance of acquired assets
- Secure government permits from various government agencies
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Legal Management or Under Bar
- Experience in a real estate company is an advantage
- With good communication skills
- Must have effective interpersonal skills and good working ethics
- Keen to details and resourceful at all times
