The Tele Interview team coordinates and conducts medical interviews with clients applying for life insurance. The tele-interviewer collects confidential information about the client’s medical history and lifestyle.
Qualifications:
- -Must have finished any Medical Affiliated courses (Bachelor’s Degree)
- -Preferably someone with knowledge in human anatomy (for them to have familiarization on some of the terminologies stated in the script)
- -Has minimum 1 year of call center experience preferably from complex accounts.
- -Good reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
- -Must know how to pronounce medical terminologies.
- -Must be exposed to metrics like AHT, Quality and Productivity.
*18,00 – 27,00 basic pay plus allowances (negotiable)

Individual Wealth Management (Investments)
Receive telephone calls mostly coming from financial advisors and sometimes from clients, regarding investment products (mutual funds, segregated funds) that were purchased form a Sun Life Financial Advisor
in Canada.
Qualifications:
- · Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 or 5 year course.
- · Candidate must have at least 2 years (solid) BPO experience handling Wealth Management, Mutual funds, or any other investment accounts.
- · Having FINRA series 6, 7, and 63 licenses would be a great advantage but not required.
*22,00-40,00 basic pay plus allowances (negotiable)
