We are hiring for the position of Loan Consultants/ Loans Processor open for HS Graduates with full time working hours for our company office, Peoplehub Inc, for residents of National Capital Reg & Calabarzon & Mimaropa and its neighboring areas.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Responsibilities (Loans Processors)

a. Responsible to promote company to SS pensioner in your area of responsibility.

b. Responsible to welcome customers in the Branch and conduct interview.

c. Responsible to process loans of customers and assist them in getting requirements if necessary.

d. Responsible to assist the Branch Head in preparing branch reports.

e. Responsible to achieve the monthly sales and collection targets assigned to your area.

f. Responsible to ensure all cancelled loan and DSB are forwarded to accounting for cancellation of transaction

g. Responsible to monitor utility bills and ensure that payments are processed on or before 9th of the month

Responsibilities (Loans Consultants)

a. To seek out and visit locations where pensioners are found.

b. To promote our lending services to pensioners and explain to pensioners how we arrive at net take home money, how we calculate interest and service charges based on the varying terms of payment.

c. To develop good personal relationships with pensioners and their families.

d. To compete with other lending companies and draw pensioners to come away from our competitors.

e. To help applicants accomplish loan requirements and documentation.

Qualifications:

Must be at least HS Graduate
Willing to do fieldwork, assign work location will be based on nearest residential area across NCR, Cavite, Batangas.
Willing to be trained.
Amenable to report to QC head office from time to time.
