Job Description
– Encoding and monitoring of daily activity report
– Monitoring of Maintenance Job order
– Preventive maintenance machine check sheet control and monitoring with coordination of Engineer and Technician team leader
– Spare parts list encoding and listing with coordination of material controller
– Purchase requisition slip monitoring, encoding, follow up and updating of requested part
– Maintenance Quality management system/ Environmental Management System and ISO Documents
– Other Document keeping and monitoring
– Factory and office supplies control for Maintenance
