We need you to fill the position as Maintenance Supervisor - PARAÑAQUE/CALAMBA for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Paranaque City & Laguna (Calamba City) and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Description
- Develop planning and scheduling routines for machine, manpower, PM, and CM
- Supervise maintenance personnel during repairs and installation.
- Reporting daily activities such as OEE, machine checklist, and others.
- Performs start-up and monitors steam generator/boiler operation and repair.
- Ensure the smooth operation and optimum performance of production machines by carrying out preventive maintenance and repair.
- Ensure machine parts availability and request in-house fabrication if needed.
- Inspect the delivery item and material, and ensure that consumables are within standard specs.
- Supervise maintenance manpower and assigned manning schedule.
- Prepare a maintenance shutdown schedule and implement a fix time maintenance plan.
- Plan and implement job order request within the agreed timelines.
Job Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as Supervisor in Maintenance in a food manufacturing industry.
- Well-versed in machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and other machinery/equipment activities.
- Can strongly analyze the problem and can offer a solution at hand.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and Autocad.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sucat Parañaque Plant and Carmelray Calamba, Laguna.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Can start immediately.
