Our company NU SKIN ENTERPRISES PHILIPPINES, LLC is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Pasig City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of marketing and communications manager and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Description:
He/she formulates and oversees implementation of marketing plans and strategies. This person will lead an entire team with functions that include product management, product training, digital marketing and all external and internal communications. He/she develops and implements product marketing strategies to ensure a robust product pipeline to achieve the Company’s budgets and targets.
Job Functions:
- Responsible for ensuring a robust product pipeline and mix including the continued sustainability of sales through successful execution of the product strategy map (pre-launch, launch and post-launch of key sponsoring products).
- Directs product roll-out (includes in-house training, promotional and creative notification to Distributors, presentation of product and marketing information to distributor force and Management)
- Initiates promotional and pricing activities
- Manages PR and media relations
- Oversees Marketing-related events in coordination with the Sales team
- Performs competitive product analysis
- Manages product lines (forecasts, product improvements, cost efficiencies, market growth, etc.)
- Actively plans, implements and participates in all corporate social responsibility programs
Qualifications:
- BS degree required or equivalent experience or at least 5 years of job related experience.
- At least 3 years experience in Marketing/Brand Management
- At least 3 years experience in managing a highly productive team.
- With business strategy and budget management skills
- With hands-on experience in Advertising, Merchandising, Promotions, Pricing, Forecasting, Events management
- Proficient in both written and oral English
- Hardworking, resourceful and innovative
