We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Marketing Associate, Virtual Events. For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Xybion, and able to under a contract working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev with at least High School Diploma, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱30,000 - ₱40,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Xybion, a leading provider of digital solutions for the life sciences industry, is seeking a Marketing Associate, Virtual Events to join our growing team. We are looking for a candidate with experience in event planning, coordination, project management, and execution, to oversee, participate in, and organize virtual webinars and events.
As the Marketing Associate, you will have the responsibility of planning, coordinating, and executing webinars, ensuring that every webinar event is a success according to key metrics. You will be responsible for coordinating the production of virtual webinars, reporting results, and managing a 12-month events calendar. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure the success of every virtual event and webinar.
Responsibilities:
- Plan in-person and virtual events from start to finish according to key departmental objectives
- Perform market research to ensure the events are tailored to the target audience
- Coordinate multi-channel digital event marketing
- Provide suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Lead promotional activities for all events
- Analyze event success and prepare reports
- Provide appropriate briefing and direction to virtual event and webinar execution staff
Requirements:
- Immaculate written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, creative, and efficient
- Skilled in events or project management
- Preclinical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulatory laboratory experience preferred
