Job Description
• Attend to customer calls, inquiries and complaints.
• Prepare quotations and technical submittals.
• Prepares job order, sales order and monitor delivery commitments.
• Encode and update customer purchase order to the ERP system.
• Follow-up payments and coordinate to finance/accounting.
• Proper filing system of sales and marketing documents and projects.
Job Qualifications
• BSME/BSEE with a good academic background (TOR needed), license is an advantage but not required.
• Relevant experience in HVAC preferred.
• Very good Communication Skills.
• Very good Computer skills particularly (MS Excel, MS office & MS PowerPoint)
• Possess a positive attitude and very good interpersonal skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision
