The Role: People Transformation Specialist

The People Transformation Specialist will be responsible in supporting the People Transformation Lead in implementing people-related initiatives to support our organization’s growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people development with experience in areas such as culture transformation, employee development, and employee engagement.

What will you do?

• Support on executing a comprehensive people transformation strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Implement programs to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Support in managing talent management processes such as performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Act as a change agent to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Conduct ongoing analysis and monitoring of key HR metrics and use data to inform decision-making.
• Partner with other departments and senior leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
• Continuously improve and iterate on people programs to ensure they are effective, efficient, and scalable.
• Support other projects and initiatives related to people transformation and strategy.

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt trained (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in People Development or HR, with at least 2 years in a people transformation or change management role.
• Proven ability to analyze and support in implementation of  people programs that drive business results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments and functions.
• Experience in talent management, culture transformation, and employee engagement.
• Ability to support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Willing to work in Cavite with flexible working hours to properly engage stakeholders from all time zones.
