Player Engagement Associate is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and programs in the field. This includes developing and executing local marketing plans, managing local events, and working with local sales teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute local marketing plans to support regional sales goals
2. Manage local events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, etc.
3. Work with sales teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
4. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and programs
5. Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the region
6. Track budget expenses for all field activities
7. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
8. Create presentations for internal and external audiences
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in field marketing or related role
2. Proven track record of successful event management
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
