We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Product Manager. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Developing product positioning strategies
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with sales teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate of 4-year course, BS Marketing. Management or any equivalent course.
• Proven work experience (at least 5 years) in product management in Pharmaceutical Industry for ethical products is a must
• Background in Ophtha or Onco products is an advantage
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
