Our company Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Taguig City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Not Specified and experienced in the field of Building/Construction & Property/Real Estate, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of property management and be able to work in system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

PROPERTY MANAGER

  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of House Rules and other resolutions regarding the management of the Condominium.

  • Supervise, in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including any designated financial, technical maintenance, and procurement.

  • Responsible for Building Management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 or 5 years course

  • Preferably Assistant Manager/ Manager specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

  • With good leadership and communication skills

  • With exposure on Property Management

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of House Rules and other resolutions regarding the management of the Condominium.

  •   Supervise, in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including any designated financial, technical maintenance, and procurement.

  • Responsible for Building Management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 or 5 years course

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

  • Supervise all accounting information and provide assistance to all internal and external customers and prepare all monthly financial statements.
  • Prepare property associated reports and assist in all property associated reports.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BSC Major in Accounting

  • With at least 2 years of work experience or exposure in the same the same field

  • Previously held Supervisor position is an advantage

  • Maintain and implement proper accounting and internal control systems in accordance with company’s policies, procedure, and requirements.

  • Supervise day to day accounting operations in our project site office
