We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing and marketing Alveo Land’s real estate portfolio (condo, residential lots, office and commercial lots) in the Philippines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platforms.
Negotiating deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a sale.
Advise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of products.
Meet required sales quota every quarter.
