Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry, BS Food Technology
•
Responsible to maintain, protect, and control all documents and records of PLMD/PCMD, Conduct plant audit at required frequency.
•
Assist in securing FSSC certification for PLMD/PCMD and maintain supplier A rating for SQMS and SWA audits
•
Able to do QA line monitoring, product cutting and system checking
•
Knowledgeable with the requirements of cGMP, GLP, HACCP, FSMS, FSSC and the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Food Safety Act of 2013
•
Decisive, hardworking, self-motivated, with initiative, possess a strong personality and has sense of ownership
