Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Team Leader to join our R&D team. The Quality Assurance Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance analysts in the testing and validation of software applications. This role will report directly to the R&D Technical Project Management Head and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of quality assurance analysts in the testing and validation of software applications
· Collaborate with project management teams to develop and implement project plans and timelines
· Define and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts
· Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality and performance
· Identify and troubleshoot defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution
· Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams
· Ensure the quality assurance team adheres to quality control processes and testing best practices
· Develop and maintain tools and processes for test automation
· Provide regular status updates to the R&D Technical Project Management Head
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a minimum of 2 years in a team leadership role
· Strong technical skills in software testing and validation
· Experience with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of quality assurance analysts
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot defects
· Knowledge of quality control processes and testing best practices
· Experience with test automation tools and processes
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
