JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensures that the QMS processes are established, implemented, and maintained
• Ensures that all documents needed for Quality Management System are established and adequately defined prior to issue and use;
• Responsible for effective implementation of ISO mandatory procedures which include not limited to control of documents and records procedure, internal audit procedure, corrective and preventive action procedures;
• Guides the organization on the proper application of the Quality Management System and ensures uniformity of understanding by all employees and consistency of application across the organization.
• Performs other tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATION:

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Internal Auditing, or any related course.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience as QM Representatvie in a manufacturing industry
• Has good time-management skills that go hand-in hand with strong organizational capabilities
• Can work well at different levels of an organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• With strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Data records management experience is an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and has basic computer skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Willing to work in Quezon City
