Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - NCR. For those of you who live in Manila City, Quezon City, Makati City, Paranaque City, Navotas City, Taguig City, Pasig City, Valenzuela City, Las Pinas City & Muntinlupa City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Neltex Development Co., Inc, and able to work under full time system.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Manager shall be responsible in the overall management of his team towards maximum achievement of sales target . He/she is also responsible in implementing sales strategies including trade sales promotional programs, in monitoring call frequency and coverage to increase the number of buying accounts, in identifying new markets to improve product sell-out from trade channel and in supporting new product sell-out.

Assists and supports the Vice-President for Sales & Marketing towards the achievement of the departmental and corporate medium to long term goals and objectives.

EDUCATION : Preferably Graduate of any B. S. Engineering, Management, Or Marketing course, preferably with MBA degree/units.

EXPERIENCE: At least three (3) to five (5) years sales management experience In a medium sized company engaged in either manufacturing,

Construction, dealership or FMCG companies.

OTHERS : Must have proven track record in sales and in managing a particular district/region handling similar sales team set-up.
