We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Sales and Reservations Associate. For those of you who live in Pasay City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, LIME Hotels and Resorts, Inc., and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

LIME Hotels and Resorts is looking for a Reservation Associate who can work a full-time schedule. This position is ideal for those with top-notch communication and great customer service skills. The ability to be patient and work through problems with a wide range of people is an attribute that often proves useful while on the job.

Hotel Reservation Associate Duties and Responsibilities

Make Reservations

The main responsibility of a hotel Reservation Associate is to help customers with planning and booking reservations for the hotel. These agents work with customers to plan out the duration of their stay and then send booking confirmations to guests after processing payments. They are often the first person a customer will contact to sort out any issues with a reservation.

Provide Customer Service

A hotel Reservation Associate provides customer service support if there is a problem with payment confirmation or issues navigating the hotel website to book a stay. Hotel Reservation Associates must hold themselves to the highest standards of professionalism as they work through customer issues.

Sell Additional Services and Upgrades

The Hotels have a variety of package deal options that combine a room with additional opportunities to rent a car, and attend a local event at a reasonable cost. Hotel Reservation Associate is usually encouraged (or required) to upsell and promote relevant travel packages and touring opportunities to customers.

Give Directions and Advice

The hotel Reservation Associate is responsible for providing the guests with directions and answers to queries about parking, directions to the hotel, or restaurants and attractions in the surrounding area. The Reservation Associate is expected to have knowledge about the area a hotel is located in and be prepared to offer advice when necessary.

Maintain Records

The Hotel Reservation Associate is responsible for keeping accurate records about customer bookings, payments, and any additional information that hotel staff might need when interacting with a guest. They might also use records to follow up with previous customers to encourage them to book another stay at the hotel.
